"I am Tena Pick and I'm a serial impact entrepreneur dedicated to community building. Ever since I had my child almost four years ago, I’ve been acutely aware of the lack of adequate infrastructure for children and families in Bangalore. I became obsessed with creating a design-led space that answers ALL of our needs as modern, urban parents."

Tena is originally from Croatia, holds an MA in Social Entrepreneurship from Hult Business School and a MSc in Sustainable Development from SOAS, and now lives in Bangalore with her husband Josh and their son Leo. Tena comes from the world of impact entrepreneurship, loves to travel, read and eat pasta.

“I’m Bhavana Kumar, and I'm an architect. I believe in the power of design to enhance lives and drive positive change. For me, designing spaces for children—and by extension, for families—is about creating environments that empower freedom and growth. Bhavana met her husband, an Italian architect Nicola La Noce, while she earned her Masters in Housing and Urbanism from the AA at the Architectural Association School of Architecture. Bhavana is a native Bangalorean and is loving the experience of raising her two daughters in Bangalore with her husband. Bhavana is a lover of deep conversations, cinema, and urban exploration.

As a member of Coro Bangalore, I can confidently say it has transformed my daily life. Whether it’s work or play, this space has become an essential part of my routine.

Coro was built around a simple observation: life does not arrive in neat compartments: work overlaps with caregiving, friendship overlaps with ambition and parenting overlaps with identity. Yet most spaces still assume these roles exist separately!

We designed Coro as an environment that reflects how people actually live. A place where you can take a call and then walk your child upstairs. Where your professional self and your personal self are not in competition with each other and you can show up fully and authentically.
